Photo Authorization and Release:

I hereby grant E.L.F, its representatives, and employees the irrevocable right to capture photographs of myself, my children, and my property, in relation to the aforementioned subject. I authorize Light It Up, its assigns, and transferees to hold the copyright, utilize, and publish the aforementioned photographs in both print and electronic formats. I consent to E.L.F utilizing these photographs of myself, my children, and my property, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content, without the obligation of providing compensation.
 

Strobe Lighting Effects Notice:
Please be advised that strobe lighting effects will be employed during the event. Visitors who may suffer from epilepsy or other visual light stimulation effects are strongly advised not to enter. Should you choose to enter, you do so at your own risk. E.L.F and its affiliates hold no responsibility for any related injuries or fatalities.

Pricing, Rates, Availability, and Tour Time Amendments: Rates, tour times, and schedules are subject to change at the discretion of management. Management reserves the right to modify or amend your tour time on a given date based on operational requirements or maintenance issues. Management is committed to notifying our guests in advance of any necessary tour time adjustments.
 

Weather Policy:

In the event of unforeseen severe weather conditions or an Act of God that could potentially impact the operation of the E.L.F Experience, guests will be issued replacement tickets for an alternative date and time within the same operating season, subject to availability. Alternatively, guests may opt to receive replacement tickets for the subsequent operating season.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:
 

1. All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable.

2. By participating in the E.L.F (Enchanted Lights Festival) experience, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks and dangers.

3. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers are allowed on the premises.

4. Recording devices, still cameras, and video cameras are permitted for personal use.

5. By attending the event, you grant consent to the use of your image or likeness in any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.

6. Guests are required to remain within their vehicles at all times during the E.L.F experience.

7. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to E.L.F property resulting from their negligent and/or reckless conduct, including the negligent or reckless operation of their vehicles.

8. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

9. E.L.F shall not be held responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal items.

10. Guests assume full responsibility for their personal items, including but not limited to cameras, clothing, jewelry, electronic devices, purses, wallets, and all other personal belongings.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending the E.L.F event. By proceeding with the purchase or attending the event, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.
